Hello and Welcome! We are EmmaFursuits! We are a couple, we're from Portugal, Europe. and we work together in everything our business has to offer!Meet us:Mariana: My name is Mariana (known by the fictional name "Emma" because of my character and fursuit maker business)! I draw for as long as I can remember. I've been envolved in art my entire life. I started building puppets at 11 years old, and I made my first fursuit in 2018. Fursuits are my biggest passion and skill, I love how much I can express myself since I'm into fursuiting and making fursuits. My fiancé helps me making everything so from the moment we started living together, he joined me in this business ❤
My fursuits are professionally built, with high quality furs and materials, and with max attention to detail and finish.
I'm mainly responsible for the fursuit making, plushies, puppets, figures, and artworks!André: My name is André (known by the fictional name "Ace" because of my character and fursuit!). I have interest in videogames, 3D and animation since my young age. I've been a musician since I remember, I play piano, ukelele, and I compose! When I met my fiancée, she piqued my interest in fursuits and everything else she does! So I joined her in this business and started helping her in everything from the moment we started living together!❤ We use both of our talents to mix fursuits with 3D too (I make the eye blanks in 3D, aswell as some props/accessories!).
She watched me grow my talent and helps me make my 3D models aswell!
I'm mainly responsible for making all the 3D stuff!

Mariana's been into puppets and art since early age, and she's been into fursuit making since 2018, this portfolio will keep and show all her progress and evolution (on style and quality in general) since the beggining!
André has been into 3D modeling since 2020, and he's been an artist since early age too!

Commission Process:
Fursuits are a luxury expensive item, so I prefer 18+ buyers. If you're a minor, your parent/guardian/tutor must do the purchase for you, unless you have your own money.
Keep in mind that if you're a kid or teen, you'll quickly grow out of your fursuit, so maybe you should wait a few more years before buying a full fursuit. Consider buying just a head or a mini/semi partial if you really want a Fursuit now.
I have my own style and I don't copy others.
I can make almost every animal species.
I'll need to get a detailed reference sheet, or a couple of arts where I can see your character from all the angles.
After seeing your character, I'll give you a quote, based on the character's complexity and amount of colors. If you have any specific detail or base expression you want, please let me know.
Before ordering the materials, I'll show you the colors of fur that I chose to make your fursuit. You must confirm that you're happy with the colors (keep in mind that is not always possible to find colors that match 100% to your reference sheet)
I will always provide frequent updates, and work in progress (WIPs) pictures. PLEASE do not continuously ask for WIPs and updates, since I will provide them whenever I can.

Payment Methods:
I accept the following methods:
- PayPal
- Mbway (for Portugal costumers)
- bank transfer

Payment Plans:
I can work with payment plans.
My preferred plan is payment in full upfront or two parts (one half upfront and the other half later)
However, the buyer can opt for other plans such as:
- Pay 1/3rd of the total cost of your commission to begin with. And then make monthly or weekly payments until everything's paid off.
You can choose when and how much you want to pay over time. But the minimum payments must be at least 200/300€ a month (I can make exceptions).
Keep in mind that the suit will only be shipped to you when you finish paying.

Color Matching:
Please keep in mind that the color pallete is more limited on fabrics (faux fur, minky, fleece, etc), compared to the endless possibilities for colors in digital art.
I will always try my best to provide the right colors, as close as possible.
I only use high quality new materials. If you have a specific fur in your possession that you want me to work with (so it can match other fursuit parts you already have for example), I can accept it depending on the quality and condition of the fur.

Fursuit Info:
Keep in mind that no fursuit is 100% perfect. They are carefully handmade pieces and may have some flaws, asymmetry and so on.
My fursuits have great ventilation (you breathe through the fursuit's mouth), and great visibility.
HOWEVER, Buyer must know that fursuits are always hot, bulky, a bit harder to move inside (especially the digitigrade ones), and some people may find them claustrophobic.
Also has less visibility than normal sight.
I am not responsible for any harm caused in suit, including: overheat, panic due to claustrophobia, dizziness, falls, and other possible problems.
Take care of yourself in suit, recognize your limits. Always drink lots of water and take breaks.
When in public spaces, please make a handler accompany you.
Also, I prefer to make Fursuits with SFW purposes. If you use your fursuit with NSFW purposes, please don't tag me so I can keep my business SFW. Use your fursuit for whatever purposes you want, as long as you don't harm anyone or ruin the fursuit.

Time it Takes:
I can take from 6 to 18 months to make your fursuit (approximately). Depends on what you commissioned, how full my queue is at the moment, and possible delays.
And I may not start your fursuit right away. Maybe I'll take some time before starting, because of the time it takes for materials to arrive, and because of other commissions and projects I may be doing at the time.
Although, if you have a deadline, I can work with that! I have a priority fee that can go up to +300€ depending on how much time I have to work on your commission.

Shipping:
Once the suit is all paid and finished, I'll start the shipment process.
I can ship worldwide.
Packages are shipped with CTT (Portugal post), and once it's sent, you'll get a tracking number, and it usually takes 1-3 days to arrive within Portugal, and 5-15 days (or more) to arrive in other countries.
Shipping price depends to the weight and measurements of the package, and international shipping is more expensive than Europe's.
Please keep in mind that international orders outside Portugal/Europe may be subjected to customs costs.
These costs depend on your country. And depending on the country you are in, the customs service can vary, and it can also make the package take longer to arrive. I didn't charge these costs, therefore I am not responsible for paying them.

Commission Cancelation and Refund:
Fursuits are a huge investment to me in terms of material costs, time and energy, and they give a lot of work, therefore, you can't cancel a commission asking for a refund even if I didn't start much on your suit yet.
When the fursuit is already fully paid, but you still decided you wanted to cancel the commission (due to losing interest on the suit, leaving the furry community, or any other reason), refunds can't be done. I will still make a fursuit for you, but I will totally help you resell the suit to a new owner so you can get your money back.PAYMENT PLANS: Please keep in mind that payment plans are a commitment. Think carefully before jumping into a payment plan. If you have a payment plan, and you have already paid a portion of the total amount, but are no longer able to continue the plan, refunds CANNOT be made. What can be done is you receive something that matches the price you already paid.
I am not responsible if you decide to disappear with no reason.
I have the right to cancel your commission in case you become aggressive or threatening WITHOUT any refunds. If you disappear, I have the right to sell your fursuit.

Warranty and Repairs:
Your fursuit has a 2 month warranty from the date of arrival. (If you use your fursuit for NSFW purposes, you are NOT entitled to warranty.)
This covers repairs of popped seams, weak seams and bald spots on fur. Please contact me to arrange a fix.
I am not responsible of misuse and damage caused by the buyer.
Fursuits can last for many years if you take proper care.
Over time, your fursuit may need small fixes because of natural wear and tear.
I can do those fixes, make tiny refurbs, replace parts.
I will analyze the damage and give a price estimate according to the time needed to fix the problem. Also the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.
Please return the suit to me in a clean condition.

Buyer Responsibilities:
You must provide a reference sheet, a duct tape dummy (if you order a bodysuit) and your measurements.
If you ordered a bodysuit, I will make it based on the DTD, so any difference from your body to the DTD is not my responsibility.
You need to take good care of your fursuit, I have a guide for fursuit maintenance on the "guides" section in this website.

Allergies:
We work at a studio at our home, and we own dogs, cats and birds. They don't have access to our studio, although I cannot guarantee that no furs or other possible allergens will come on us or our clothes.
Also, if you have any allergies to some specific fabric or any other material, let me know because I'll totally avoid using that material if possible.

Rights:
I reserve the right to decline an order. I have the right to cancel an order for any reason, but in that case, buyer gets a refund.
If you want to sell the suit, please sell it so so for the price you bought it, don't try to profit from it. It's disrespectful to profit from other people's hard work.
I reserve the right to change terms of service agreement and prices at any time. By buying a fursuit or any other thing from me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
